Jo Baker Jo Baker is the Secretary, responsible for giving notice and keeping records of all meetings of members and directors, and all other notices required by law and Bylaws of Wings of the Dawn International Institute for Children. She is the President and CEO of JDB Entities, Inc. She was born in Ocala, Florida and has traveled extensively while serving in the United States Air Force for over 16 years. She earned a BS Degree in Management of Human Resources from Park University. Jo feels she has been truly blessed in her life and has a goal of being a blessing to others. She is the mother of a son, David.
